How It's Cooked
The owner appeared in an interview on Bahrain TV and explained what sets their kabsa apart:
- Small pots: they cook in small pots instead of large ones, and each pot serves about 12 people.
- Slowly: each pot takes around 3 hours to cook, so the color and taste come out like kabsa made at home.
Hours
- Daily 12pm - 5pm, Fridays from 12:30pm.
- During Ramadan the hours change to 9:30pm - 3:30am, and they take outside orders and Ramadan ghabga gatherings.
